Customer Satisfaction Rating

At Next Day Blinds we are committed to providing the best possible buying and service experience to our customers. From the quality of our products and integrated services, to our industry best warranties, Next Day Blinds sets the standard for customer satisfaction in the window coverings industry. We successfully accomplish this objective through the use of data-collection in a classic "outside-in" platform.

To ensure that our measures for customer satisfaction are objective and unbiased we employ an independent, unaffiliated statistical consulting firm to collect data from our customers on a weekly basis. Through an aggressive program of telephone surveys, customers are asked to rate their experiences in many critical areas. From this data, a customer satisfaction index is generated on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

In addition to the independent work from our unaffiliated statistical consulting and data collection firm, we collect data internally on an ongoing basis through written questionnaires and voluntary field audits. The feedback we collect from these programs is used to evolve our products, systems and services to optimize our customers' experiences.
